In loving memory of Lillian Litzsey, our charter member, sister and founding President of the Hayward/South County BWOPA Chapter, BWOPA established The Lillian Litzsey BWOPA Scholarship Fund. This fund has been established to support the love Lillian had for the empowerment of young women and their education.
